Popular focus music app Endel adds guided exercises
Includes exercises for box breathing, meditation, and attention training.
Endel is a beautifully designed app that provides soundscapes to help you focus, relax, and sleep.
It represents a brighter side of technology, helping us improve our real-world well-being instead of draining our energy.
I’m especially excited to see guided exercises added to Endel because I’ve struggled to find a breathwork or meditation app that I enjoy using. Knowing Endel’s high design standards, I was confident it would deliver and it absolutely did.
Endel now includes 7 guided exercises for breathwork, meditation, and attention training. I already know that the Box Breathing exercise will be my go-to.

This new feature adds to Endel’s already robust premium offering, which includes a focus timer and app blocker.

I tried two other exercises before publishing this post, Moving Focus and Anxiety Relief.
The Moving Focus exercise is simple, you guide your eyes and attention to follow a dot as it moves.
The Anxiety Relief exercise helps you focus on different sensory cues like what you see, touch, and hear. Unexpectedly, it hit me emotionally at the end of the 4-minute session, making me feel grateful for having all my senses present to fully appreciate the world.
